Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between DJ CHADILLAC and the client.
- Booking & Payment
- A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is due at least 7 days before the event.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Equipment & Setup
- DJ CHADILLAC provides all necessary equipment.
- Clients must ensure adequate access to power and venue setup time (typically 1-2 hours before the event).
- Liability
- DJ CHADILLAC is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as power outages or venue restrictions.
- Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details and ensure venue staff are informed of our requirements.
- Ensure a safe environment for equipment and personnel.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
