Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between DJ CHADILLAC and the client.

  1. Booking & Payment
  • A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment is due at least 7 days before the event.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
  1. Equipment & Setup
  • DJ CHADILLAC provides all necessary equipment.
  • Clients must ensure adequate access to power and venue setup time (typically 1-2 hours before the event).
  1. Liability
  • DJ CHADILLAC is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as power outages or venue restrictions.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate event details and ensure venue staff are informed of our requirements.
  • Ensure a safe environment for equipment and personnel.
  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
